The making of high quality, archival prints, know as giclee, is a relatively recent process.  True giclee prints are produced from a very high resolution digital image of the artwork, and printed with pigment based inks onto canvas, or archival acid free fine art papers.

The use of archival pigmented inks, as well as professional color matching, is critical to the making of fine giclee prints. 

The giclee prints made of John’s paintings are limited edition prints.  They have all the tonalities and hues of the original painting.
